1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GitForge you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GitForge is a multi-tenant git hosting platform that stores git objects in S3-compatible storage, with pull requests, issues, CI/CD, LFS, RBAC, and pluggable storage backends.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and display it solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any law or the rights of others
  • Distribute malware or engage in unauthorized access
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service or other users

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software and branding, is owned by GitForge and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant no rights to our marks.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. On termination your right to use the Service ends.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GitForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits arising from your use of the Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GitForge operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
